With this way, you do not have to worry about getting your errands done without a friendly pet transport! A minimum booking of 120 minutes is applicable.

Our standard hours of operation would be 9am – 9pm daily. For extended hours, do contact us immediately at 98706000 for emergencies.
According to MOH, It is not compulsory for drivers and passengers to wear a mask.
You can postpone or push forward your appointments 48 hours before the booking slot allocation. For cancellation, Do let us know 72 hours beforehand.
We do not offer a refund for all confirmed services. We do offer a credit which can be used in the future.
Yes you can! Our rides are private cars which comes with fully functional seats.
For dogs, it is optional to travel in a kennel or harness. This ensures safety for your pet.
For cats and all other animals, they have to be in a kennel or cage.
Yes it is, we provide hourly booking for our clients. A scenario would be picking your pet up for a trip to the vet and back. A minimum of 120 minutes is required for each booking of an hourly transportation service. Rates start from $75 for 60 minutes.
Yes the driver can accept cash. Do let our customer service representative know your mode of payment after when booking.
We accept Paynow, Paylah or cash.
Yes we do, we charge a public holiday fee. Holiday fees will be made known to you if you make a booking on a public holiday.
If your pet happens to have an emergency during the trip, Continental pets will inform owners first if your pets are travelling unaccompanied, followed by making a trip to the nearest vet or pet hospital. For more information, do read our terms and conditions.
Nope, Continental pets is a private and dedicated service for your transport needs. There will be no other passengers or pets on board during your booking.
